OUR KITCHEN, A GREEDY AWAKENING
Morning at the Atlas Hotel in Gabicce Mare begins with a delicious “good morning” from our kitchen. You can enjoy it in the lounge bar on the ground floor or also outdoors. You can taste a delicious sweet and savory buffet with homemade pastries, croissants, biscuits, cornflakes, jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, cold cuts and cheeses.
For lunch and dinner, local specialties, fresh fish, pasta and homemade desserts local hospitality, are the highlight of this structure.

Taste and simplicity to surprise your palate is undoubtedly for years been our strong point.
The menu offers a choice for our guests to order lunch dishes at dinner in case of evening half board pension. It has to be made the day before, includes:
At lunch a rich buffet of vegetables, two first, one second of fish or meat, fruit or dessert.
At dinner: salad buffet, a soup broth or vegetable soup, a plate of pasta and 1 main dish of meat or one second “cold” plate (caprese, ham and melon, cheese) or stuffed omelettes or flat bread or mozzarella.
Remember: the fantastic fish sauces, skewers, mixed fried fish with vegetables, the Sea Bass Baked and among the desserts the special apple pie with caramel, the English Soup.
Relevant attention is paid to all mothers with small children who can choose to go directly to the kitchen to warm their products or may require fresh preparations as past or other dishes depending on the age of their children.
We also like to recall the possibility to create special menus for vegetarians and celiacs.
Especially for the latter our kitchen is able to realize: pizza, dumplings, flat bread, lasagna and fish or breaded meat, french fries and more. In case you would like to eat some commercial products that we cannot find, it will be our pleasure and care to cook them following your directions.
